Streamlined contract management and HR operations

Previously, when NCC needed to hire new employees, the process relied on regular mail. The contract was first sent internally to the manager, who would sign it and send it back to HR. Then, the contract was mailed to the new employee, who would sign it and return it to HR.

The process could easily take at least 14 days for the contract to be returned. Now the process is much more efficient and only takes an hour and a half. The modernized procedure involves sending the contract electronically with all necessary information, conditions, and manuals included. This ensures that the new candidate can receive, review, complete, and sign all the required documents in one go, significantly speeding up the hiring process and reducing administrative bottlenecks.
